Sterilisation and Cleaning Instructions
- Before use, all rotary instruments should be disinfected, cleaned, and free from any surface contamination. This process should be repeated after each use
- Rotary instruments should then be placed in an ultrasonic cleaner. Repeat the cleaning cycle if necessary
- After cleaning, carefully dry all instruments thoroughly to help prevent rust or corrosion
- Sterilise rotary instruments under the following conditions:
- Maximum sterilisation temperature: 134°C / 273.2°F
- Sterilisation time:
- Minimum 20 minutes at 121°C / 250°F, or
- 5 minutes at 134°C / 273.2°F
- Maximum recommended sterilisation cycles: 10
