    • There are several methods used for removal of residual resin after debonding of orthodontic brackets. Therefore, the method of removal of the residual resin is very important to avoid damages on enamel. However, carbide burs are harder than enamel and when used at high speeds, can damage the underlying enamel. We recommend using our newly developed OrthoFlex Polisher which produces the finest scratch pattern with the least enamel loss. Advantages of the OrthoFlex polisher: Used for reliable, gentle removal of residual adhesive without damaging the natural tooth structure achieved by a special grit, which despite having a high polishing capacity is not harder than the natural tooth structure. Especially reliable alternative to adhesive or cement residue removal using rotary diamond or metal instruments.
