Special endodontic bur with a long, conical blade configuration and cross-cut used for preparing a funnel-shaped access in the pulp chamber. The cross-cut guarantees quiet, efficient removal of tooth structure. The rounded, non-cutting bur tip (safe end) prevents penetration into the root canal walls and pulp chamber floor. Application after removal of the pulp chamber roof using the endodontic bur 802L for extending the access opening to ensure successful endodontic treatment.
