Modern Slavery Statement
This statement is made pursuant to Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps that Premium Plus UK Ltd has taken and continues to take to ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking are not taking place within our business or supply chains.
We maintain a zero-tolerance approach to any form of modern slavery or human trafficking. At the time of this statement, we are not aware of any instances of forced or child labour in our supply chain or internal operations and assess the risk to be low.
Should we identify any breaches of these laws in our supply chain, we will take appropriate action to support compliance and address the issues swiftly. We also expect all our suppliers and partners to act ethically and uphold the same high standards.

Our ‘How We Do Business’ Policies
To support our commitment to combating modern slavery, Premium Plus UK has adopted policies and ethical standards which guide our approach to human rights, ethical sourcing, and integrity across all operations. These include:
Right to Work Compliance
- We carry out thorough eligibility checks during recruitment to ensure that all employees have the legal right to work in the UK. This is an essential safeguard against illegal and exploitative employment practices.
- Ethical Standards – As outlined in our employee handbook, we have documented standards for service quality and ethical conduct. We expect all employees, suppliers, and partners to operate with integrity, fairness, and respect for others. We do not tolerate discrimination, exploitation, or unethical behaviour in any part of our business.
- Whistleblowing Policy (Public Interest Disclosure) – We promote a culture of openness and encourage employees, contractors, and suppliers to report concerns relating to malpractice or unethical practices. Reports can be made in confidence, and individuals are protected against victimisation for raising genuine concerns.
- Anti-Bribery and Fair Procurement – We are committed to conducting our commercial dealings with honesty and integrity. Our Bribery Policy and purchasing procedures ensure that we avoid any form of unethical inducement, favouritism, or conflict of interest in our supplier relationships.
These policies support our continued efforts to promote a safe, lawful, and fair working environment both within our business and throughout our supply chain
Due Diligence and Supply Chain Controls
We assess and monitor our supply chain to mitigate risks associated with modern slavery. This includes:-
- Conducting risk-based reviews of our suppliers.

- Including ethical clauses in supplier contracts.
- Supporting ethical sourcing and fair labour practices across all tiers.
Training and Awareness
Key staff involved in procurement and supply chain management receive training on the risks of modern slavery. We promote awareness of our policies internally, ensuring our team remains vigilant and responsible.
