Premium Plus UK Ltd. Delivery Policy
This policy contains details of the delivery methods, periods and charges that apply to orders for our products made through our website or by telephone or email.
We offer free standard delivery to all UK addresses on all orders over GBP £50 (excluding VAT).
We will usually be able to deliver to the following countries and territories: England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
We may from time to time agree to deliver products to other countries and territories.
Orders for outside the UK
Premium Plus UK reserves the right to accept orders that are to be delivered outside of the UK.
Any orders destined for outside the UK must have full payment verification before the order can be processed or dispatched. We will contact you to arrange alternative methods of payment if your order does not match this criteria.
All orders will be dispatched via Parcelforce regardless of cost of the order and will have freight charged accordingly.
Any orders destined for outside the UK must be a minimum of £100. Any orders under this amount will be processed at our discretion.
We can also provide customers information about suppliers of our products in their country.
Delivery methods and periods
The methods that we use to deliver our products, and the time periods within which delivery is usually completed, are as follows:
(a) if your delivery address is in the United Kingdom and your order weighs less than 2 kilograms, your order will be sent by Royal Mail First Class Post. The typical period for delivery of products by this method is 3-5 working day.
(b) if your delivery address is in the United Kingdom and your order weighs more than 2 kilograms, your order will be sent by Parcelforce 24 hrs. The typical period for delivery of products by this method is 1 working day.
Under normal circumstances all orders accepted before 3pm from Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the same day. However due to circumstances out of our control we will not be held responsible financially or otherwise if those time frames cannot be met.
The delivery periods set out in this Section are indicative only, and whilst we will make every effort to ensure that you receive your delivery in good time, we do not guarantee delivery before the end of the stated period. From time to time items will be on backorder - please call if you have any queries.
Applicable delivery charges will depend upon the location of the delivery address, the size and weight of the products in your order, and whether you have chosen express delivery.
Our delivery charges are as follows:
(a) in respect of Royal Mail First Class Post, delivery charges will be £4.00;
(b) in respect of Parcelforce 48, delivery charges will be £5.50;
(c) in respect of Euro Priority Parcelforce , delivery charges will be depended on address and extra charges may apply to items on backorder (please contact us for more information)
Delivery tracking is available in respect of all orders for our products sent by Parcelforce.
Receipt and signature
Parcelforce deliveries must be received in person at the delivery address, and a signature must be provided.
If your products remain undelivered despite our delivery service provider making [at least 1 more attempt] to deliver them, the delivery service provider will leave a card at your address, with instructions on how you may collect your products, including a time limit for collection.
If you experience any problems with a delivery, please contact us using the contact details that we publish on our website.
If our delivery service provider is unable to deliver your products, and such failure is your responsibility, [and you do not collect your products from our delivery service provider within the relevant time limit], we may agree to arrange for re-delivery of the products; however, we reserve the right to charge you for the actual costs of re-delivery (even where the initial delivery was free of charge).
An indicative list of the situations where goods are unable to be delivered will be considered your fault is set out below:
(a) you provided the wrong address for delivery;
(b) the address for delivery is not reasonably accessible or cannot safely be accessed;
(c) if in-person receipt is not required (for Royal Mail deliveries), there is no easy and secure means of leaving the products at the address for delivery and there is no person available to accept delivery; or
(d) if in-person receipt is required (for Parcelforce deliveries), there is no person available at the address for delivery to accept delivery and to provide a signature.
