Premium Plus UK Ltd. Returns Policy

We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us. We have created this policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances. This policy applies to all orders submitted directly via the website, phone, fax or email. This document does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.


In addition to your statutory rights, goods may be returned for refund, credit or exchange if:

 (a)      we receive the returned product within 7 days following the date of dispatch of the product to you.

(b)       the returned product is unused, in its original unopened packaging (with any seal or shrink-wrap intact), with any labels still attached, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new;

Returns procedure

In order to take advantage of your rights under this policy, you must contact us to obtain an authorised return number, which must be included along with the relevant invoice and the product you wish to return.

Products returned under this policy must be addressed to the Returns Department and sent to Premium Plus UK Ltd, Unit 2 Knighton Heath Industrial Estate, 855 Ringwood Road, Bournemouth, Dorset, BH11 8NE, United Kingdom.

All non sterile (including scaler tips, handpieces and instruments) items must be returned in a sealed sterilisation pouch, inaccordance with Royal Mail restricted item guidelines.

If the item you are returning is part of a special offer (eg. Buy 2 Get 1 Free) and only part of the offer is returned, the items will be treated as the ‘Free’ items.

You are responsible for paying postage costs associated with returns under this policy.

We are not responsible for any items which are lost due to insecurely posting an item or the item being lost by post.


We will give you a credit or refund for the price you paid to us in respect of any product properly returned by you in accordance with this policy. Credits will be allocated to the same account they were purchased on.

The original delivery charges relating to the returned product cannot be refunded.

We also cannot refund to you any costs you incur in returning the product to us unless the product delivered was faulty, mis-described or was incorrectly supplied.

We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

We will process the refund or credit due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days following the day we receive your returned product.
